Artist Commentary:

"The song is about a girl who had her parents killed at a very young age, this caused her mental trauma which randomly triggers flashbacks to what she calls a Crimson Memory, where she's forced to relive the feeling of helplessness she felt as she watched her parents get raped and slaughtered. The song deals with her struggling to live life, lashing out at the world, condemning god, and eventually killing herself.

Armpit really fucked me over on this one... Literally 3 weeks before the project is due he says. "Hey, you should make a song for the Collab!" Sure I thought, that sounds fun. How long do I have? "3 weeks. <3" So I had to learn guitar and vocals within 3 weeks..."

These horrid scenes within my mind,
force me back.
To that fateful night I can't forget,

Defiled like a whore.
Raped till she bled, but the sadist wanted more.

Slaughtered like a pig.
Both were left for dead, so what's left in life for me?

been nothing but constant regret?
Can't retain the thoughts I've lost,
but this pain I've always had.
While other happy souls.
Are content to gawk and stare
Nobody tries to help,
because nobody fucking cares.

Desecrated as a wench.
Drenched from head to toe, this lucky harlot drowns in sin.
Father!
Mutilated, ripped apart.
All these blood endings, bring you right back where you start.

What is this life I'm waiting for?
What is this hope I can't ignore?
Cause all I see is a gruesome fate.
Tempting me to the brink of the blade.
